This is a classic baby shower game that will keep your guest entertained during the time spent opening presents. Plus, it is a great game for all ages.
You can print out or buy bingo cards. Some bingo cards come blank and the guest will write one gift guess in each box. Other sets will come with the gift items already listed. Either way, each person’s card should be unique.
As the mom-to-be opens the gifts, the guest will cross out or place their bingo pieces on any matching gifts on their card. The first guest to cross out a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line on their card wins.

You can either buy real pacifiers and give them to the mom-to-be after the shower, or you can buy pacifier favors. These pacifier favors come in a set of 24 and work great for this type of game. One commenter noted they worked great for a spit the pacifier contest as well.
The objective of the game is to be the first guest to unscramble the baby related words on a given word scramble card. For example, cbri unscrambled is crib.
Price is Right
Before the shower, create a list of baby items such as diapers, wipes, bottles, bibs, etc. You can also print or buy cards that list common baby items. Once you have the list or cards, research the price either in the store or online.
If you would like to have a visual at the shower, you can purchase the items and then give them to the mom-to-be after the shower.
At the shower, the guest will write down on their card or piece of paper how much they think each item cost. Then they will write down the total for all of the items. Once everyone one is finished, you will give them the actual price of everything and the actual grand total. The guest who is the closest without going over is the winner.
Wishes for Baby
Wishes for Baby is a great activity for your baby shower guests that will provide a keepsake for the mom-to-be. Your guest will write down their wishes for the new sweet baby by completing the sentences on the card. For example, the card will say, "I hope you love" and your guest will fill in the blank.
