Baby Bathtub

Baby Tub: A baby tub is a must purchase in my opinion, Although you can just hold them and bathe them in the sink or tub, a baby tub will help keep them safe and comfortable.

The First Years Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn To Toddler Tub is a great option because it grows with your baby. It offers a sling for newborns, a reclined side for infants, and a straight back for toddlers. This product has definitely got its use in our house.

Towels

Hooded Towels: Keep your little one warm and cozy after a nice and relaxing bath with an adorable hooded towel. I recommend at least 2-3 towels. These bamboo towels are really soft and cozy!

Washcloths

Washcloths: Soft washcloths are a must as well. I would suggest a set of 6 but it all depends on how often you bathe your baby and how often you do laundry. I love the softness of these washcloths.

Baby Shampoo and Body Wash

Shampoo and Body Wash: Look for tear-free baby shampoo and body wash. We used Dove's Tip to Toe for the first few months.

Rinser

Rinser: A rinser is optional. You can also use a cup or plastic measuring cup as we did. However, I like that the Skip Hop Rinser has a soft rubber lip that fits snuggly against the forehead that prevents water from getting in eyes. Plus, it is mold and mildew resistant.

Bath Toys

Before you know it, your little one will be sitting up and playing in the bathtub. Add some fun with some cute bath toys such as the Little Additions Bath toys or Green Toys Submarine. These are just a couple of the fun choices out there.

Other Optional Items

Spout Cover: Although a spout cover is not necessary, it can keep your little one safe from hitting their head on the spout.

Bath Thermometer: Use a bath thermometer to make sure your water is a safe temperature.

Kneel Mat: A kneel mat is another optional item. The Blooop Bath Kneeling Pad doubles as a kneeler and elbow rest pad as well as toy storage.

Toy Storage: A bath caddy or hanging shower caddy can help keep your bath toys and/or bath products organized.
